Jeff Sweeney

Jeff Sweeney is the owner of Sweeney Construction in Middle Tennessee and a General Contractor that has been building custom homes for over 35 years. Jeff worked for his grandfather in the home building industry while in high school and college where he became thoroughly familiar with every aspect of the process—from site surveys, working with designers and architects, to swinging a hammer and overseeing expert craftsmen that know how to get the job done. After graduating from Harding University, he started his own construction company where he utilized the experience and knowledge he had gained working for his grandfather.

Jeff has won numerous awards for home building in Tennessee, North Carolina and Florida. Having built over 4000 homes in multiple states for a variety of clients, Jeff knows the importance of listening, planning, designing, choosing the right subcontractors and paying attention to every detail. Along with his father, he established the boys ranch to help distressed boys escape their troubled situations and be raised in a positive, structured and Christian environment. For over a decade, Arrowhead has welcomed dozens of boys into the ranch and guided them through to the next stages of their lives.

Jeff is also a County Commissioner and the Director of Construction for Bedford County, Tennessee. He is dedicated to helping his local community and government succeed at every level. Jeff has always operated at a high level — from being a college basketball player, a member of a SWAT team, a proud father and husband and seeing his clients achieve the custom home or commercial building they’ve always wanted — he is fully committed when it comes to helping you realize your vision for your project.
